GENERAL DESCRIPTION : The IT Project Executive (Contract) is responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment to timelines, budget, and quality standards. The role includes coordinating stakeholders, tracking project progress, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with organisational and governance requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION : Plan, manage and deliver IT projects in accordance with defined scope, timeline and budget Define project objectives, scope, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and resource allocation Coordinate cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, security, applications and digital project teams Monitor project progress, performance and ensure timely delivery of milestones Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues and dependencies Ensure effective communication and status reporting to stakeholders and senior management Manage vendor engagements and ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards Oversee change management processes and ensure proper documentation and approvals Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards and governance frameworks Provide support for multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment Undertake ad-hoc tasks, urgent assignments and administrative support as directed by management JOB REQUIREMENT: Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related IT discipline Knowledge and Experiences : Good understanding of IT domains, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications and digital solutions Knowledge of project governance frameworks, standards and best practices Understanding of risk management, change management and quality assurance processes Knowledge of budgeting, cost control and resource planning Understanding of vendor management and contract administration Awareness of regulatory, compliance and audit requirements in IT environments Skills & Competencies : Special skills required Proficiency in project management tools (e.

g., MS Office, MS Project or equivalent) Knowledge of Waterfall and/or Agile project management methodologies Personal attributes High level of accountability, ownership and professionalism Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong leadership presence and ability to influence decision-making
