Welcome to Bosch. As manager of Sample Workshop, Tooling Development and PDM office, following is the main responsibility
- Management and coordination of sample building process for New Products Introduction, including new PNs, new formulations and other projects.
- Tooling life cycle management, including tooling design, tooling manufacturing, tooling maintenance and Tooling scrap process.
- Production data management, including process parameter generation and update.
- Governance of ECR management from plant.
- Above 3 years leadership experience.
- Solid knowledge of PDM, ECR and tooling development
- Result oriented and future oriented
- Good communication and cooperation
