Membership Manager - Mission Hill

The Mission Hill Membership Manager is responsible for the growth, retention, engagement, and overall performance of Mission Hill Family Estate’s Wine Club program. This role owns the member journey, delivering a luxury, relationship-driven experience that deepens loyalty, increases lifetime member value, and ensures key members are known, recognized, and personally engaged across their interactions with the estate. As both a strategic and hands-on leader, the Membership Manager oversees membership acquisition efforts, retention strategies, club communications, member-exclusive events, service recovery, and club performance analytics.
