Posting Title: HR Intern Industry: Human Resources Salary: Rs. 10,000 – 20,000 Work Experience: Fresher --- Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity for recent graduates or students pursuing a career in Human Resources to gain practical experience in core HR functions.

As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, contributing to talent acquisition initiatives, and assisting in maintaining a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with HR professionals to develop essential skills in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and communication.

This internship is designed to provide foundational knowledge in HR operations while fostering professional growth in a supportive, structured environment. Your contributions will directly support our organization’s ability to attract and retain top talent, making this a pivotal role in our people strategy. --- Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate outreach, and application tracking.

Conduct proactive candidate sourcing using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. Screen resumes and applications based on predefined criteria to identify qualified candidates. Coordinate interview schedules across hiring managers, candidates, and HR stakeholders using scheduling tools. Prepare interview materials, including candidate profiles, job descriptions, and interview guides.

Support the onboarding process by organizing documentation, orientation schedules, and new hire packets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HR information system (HRIS) and applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist in preparing reports on recruitment metrics, time-to-hire, and candidate pipeline status. Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Participate in HR team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and candidate experience enhancement.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language(s). Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS/ATS platforms. Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or Glassdoor (preferred).

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated interest in HR and talent acquisition, with a willingness to learn and grow. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Availability for full-time or part-time internship (minimum 3–6 months).
