Make sure the quality of structural simulations/ Energy Managerment/ CFD simulation conducted by ESP throughout the E-Scooter development process. Aligment the target definition based on benchmark data/ simulation data. Lead the simulation of structure, Energy Managerment and CFD during Vin. Fast's internal E-Scooter development.
Collaborate effectively with the design department to find optimal solutions while ensuring performance. Validate simulation results through physical testing. Perform other tasks assigned by the E-Scooter Attribute and CAE Manager Requirements At least bachelor degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Structural Engineering/Aerospace with expertise in finite element analysis and 1D simulation.
In-depth knowledge in structural/ Energy management and CFD At least 7 years of experience in global OEMs Scooter/Automotive specialized in Simulation and testing of structural/ energy management and CFD Expertise in target settings: Strategically define the target for E-Scooter/ vehicle attribute for structural/ energy management and CFD Expertise Benchmarking: Assess benchmark Scooter for structural/ energy management and CFD performance and Strategize targets Expertise and experience in simulation for structural (stiffness, strength, and fatigue), energy management and CFD Prefer candidates who have worked in an mechanical product development company.
Ability to handle high pressure in a startup environment. Attention to detail in work. Strong team management skills. Effective collaboration with other departments. Ability to deliver clear and concise presentations/reports. Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills Basic English knowledge both oral and written Should be familiar with all aspects of E-Scooter operation and desirable the basic functions of the major E-Scooter components and systems.
Knowledge of Structural/ energy systems/ CFD and electric vehicle operating principles Strong knowledge in finite element method (FEM) and testing Understanding of product, especially Scooter testing and the correlation between simulation and testing.
