A bit about the team The team are culturally curious and innovative, delivering Global Social and Influencer focused marketing solutions at scale. We are on a mission to create work which drives purpose, passion and results! A bit about the role As the Social Manager, you’ll work alongside our talented teams to create award winning work for our clients.
The Social team is integrated with the wider agency and offers the opportunity to work on an instantly recognisable brand. The client has ambitious plans for their Social Media activity and you'll play a key role in bringing this to life.
Key responsibilities
Planning and executing award winning social media campaigns from ideation, planning and content creation, through to success measurement. Executing effective social media strategies across various platforms, whilst staying ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes and new features that could impact our clients strategy.
Managing community engagement, interacting with our clients audience and fostering a strong brand identity and growth of accounts. Monitoring and analysing social media metrics, ensuring that we exceed all expectations and hit agreed KPI’s. Collaborating with the wider agency, working with internal stakeholders to ensure that the social strategy is aligned with the wider integrated marketing piece.
A bit about you A proven expertise in all things social. You’ll have a deep practical understanding of Social Media and how it compliments other channels, including Influencer Marketing. Proven ability to manage client relationships and participate in conversations around social platforms, latest developments and trends, social creative best practice, influencer marketing, paid social and social insights & analytics Highly organised and process driven with strong time management and the ability to multitask and manage simultaneous tasks A natural curiosity to be always learning our evolving industry - reading, watching, listening to stay abreast of cultural trends that can inform and impact our work Highly adaptive to changing client and business needs.
Experience of Social community management and Content creation (copywriting, creative thinking and design software). A genuine passion for Social Media and in depth understanding of the opportunities Social can offer brands.
