We are partnering with a growing, asset-backed Real Estate firm to appoint a Finance Manager. This is a great opportunity to take on a varied role with real ownership and visibility across the business. You’ll play a key part in improving financial processes, strengthening controls, and supporting the continued growth of the finance function while managing a small team.
Responsibilities
Ownership of the month-end close and management reporting cycle. Oversight of financial controls, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy. Management of cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning. Responsibility for VAT, statutory compliance, and audit coordination. Supervision of Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
Driving process improvements, systems optimisation, and scalability. Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver clear commercial insights.
About You
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) with 2-5 years' PQE. Experience in a Finance Manager / Financial Controller-level role, ideally within an SME environment. Strong technical accounting knowledge, including Irish GAAP / FRS 102 and VAT. Proven track record in managing month-end and delivering high-quality reporting.
Strong Excel and finance systems capability. Experience within real estate, asset-backed businesses, or SME finance environments would be considered a distinct advantage. Contact Matthew Fleming at mfleming@elevatepartners.ie for more information.
