Amalgamated Sugar Company seeks an Operations Supervisor at our Twin Falls factory to oversee operations from sugar beets to sugar and co-products, ensuring safety and efficiency per Good Manufacturing Practices and the Company’s quality program. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor ensures maximum production and minimum costs, aligning with company goals and grower-owner interests.
The role involves supervising factory production and operations per Operating Instructions, company policies, and union agreements.
Responsibilities include
direct supervision of assigned crews, adhering to Safety, HR, and Quality policies, and covering personnel scheduling, time management, discipline, performance reviews, incident investigations, and other supervisory tasks.
