Crane Aerospace and Electronics has an exciting opportunity for a Data Steward at our location in Lynnwood, WA . This is an on-site role. Job Summary

The Data Steward ensures the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of master data supporting aerospace engineering, manufacturing, and supply‑chain operations across integrated PLM, MDM, and ERP systems. This role maintains high data quality, resolves cross‑system discrepancies, and upholds strict data governance standards required for product integrity, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle traceability.

Essential Functions

Defines standards for master data quality, integration monitoring, and lifecycle governance across different platforms and teams. Serves as the organizational SME for Master Data Management (Oracle Cloud Product Data Hub) and all integrations between MDM, PLM systems and Enterprise Business Systems (Oracle EBS) Drives resolution of complex or high‑impact integration issues, including cross‑functional root‑cause analysis and systemic corrective actions Enforce all aspects of Export Compliance Regulations Create and manage tickets for Configuration Management requests and data issues related to systems integrations or system validations Provides expert guidance during major system changes (upgrades, migrations, new product lines, integration redesign) Maintain /update / create Change Management plans, policies, and related SOPs Facilitate and deliver recurring training sessions for internal stakeholders on Configuration Management methodology, including hands‑on guidance in PLM tool navigation (Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture, Oracle Agile PLM, and Oracle Cloud Product Data Hub).

Provide clear explanations of data flows and system integrations across PLM, MDM, and ERP environments. Manage process and system improvement projects from inception to implementation. Mentors CM team members and partners across engineering, supply chain, and IT in MDM best practices Operate in Product Lifecycle Management Systems (Siemens PLM, Team.

Center Unified Architecture and Oracle Agile PLM) to manage Product / Project information supporting configuration identification, controls, reports and audits Act as Change Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal / external customers Participate in review / approve cycles through workflow processes for releases and incorporations of business items / objects Act as primary resource for both internal and external audits Coordinate, manage and oversee Engineering Change processes from inception to completion for multiple Crane Aerospace business solutions Act as Change or Release Champion for Product Data requiring formal releases Act as Change Management SME to review Releases and Change Requests Create and build project information in PLM System (Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture) for multiple Crane Aerospace business solutions Create and build Product Data for multiple Crane Aerospace business solutions e.

g. Parts, Bills of Materials, Design / Engineering Documents, Software Documents, Project Documents, Quality Documents, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience : Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in Configuration Management, or an equivalent combination of Data Steward and related experience. Knowledge : A Data Steward must demonstrate expert understanding of Configuration Control principles and strong proficiency in administering PLM (Siemen’s Team. Center and Oracle Agile PLM) and Master Data Management (Oracle Cloud) systems with strong knowledge in Enterprise Business System (Oracle EBS).

The role also requires solid project management capability and advanced use of Microsoft Office tools to support documentation, analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration. Skills : Exhibits expert‑level mastery in PDM/PLM and MDM administration, optimization, and influence over system‑level practices; Effectively balances and prioritizes numerous high‑impact assignments in a dynamic and scaling organization; Communicates with exceptional clarity and influence, including executive‑ready documentation, presentations, and cross‑functional guidance; Serves as a strategic problem solver and team leader, shaping CM processes, mentoring others, and driving enterprise‑level collaboration and solutions.

Education/Certification : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information.
