Job description
The Director, Leadership Development is responsible for supporting and executing Helix’s leadership development agenda across the business, with a strong emphasis on diagnosing capability needs, building scalable solutions from the ground up, and strengthening leadership capability, alignment, and performance across a complex construction environment.
This role reports to the Head of Learning & Organizational Development and works closely with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to translate business priorities into practical leadership development strategies that support organizational growth, leadership effectiveness, and readiness at all levels.
