Founders Office Associate

The Founders Office Associate works closely with the founders across all areas of organisation building. This is a central role that touches strategy, operations, research, partnerships, product development, communication, and internal process creation. You will act as an extension of the founders team to drive progress on high priority work and help the company scale with clarity and speed.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support Work with founders on company strategy, planning, and key decisions Support creation of business models, investor material, market analysis, and reports Conduct research across new sectors, partners, regulations, and emerging opportunities Operations and Execution Drive cross functional projects to completion Build internal processes for planning, tracking, and reporting Manage special projects across product, supply chain, marketing, and growth Improve coordination between teams and ensure timely execution of tasks Organisational Development Support hiring, onboarding, and culture building initiatives Work with founders to design reviews, goal setting, and company wide communication Prepare material for board meetings, investor updates, and internal reviews External Relations Assist founders in managing key partners, clients, advisors, and government bodies Prepare briefs, presentations, proposals, and meeting notes Represent the organisation in meetings when required Product and Innovation Support Assist with product research, testing, documentation, and roll out Coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams to gather insights and unblock tasks Requirements What We Are Looking For 3-10 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, early stage startups, or fast paced roles Strong problem solving skills, detail orientation, and an ability to learn fast Excellent written and verbal communication Comfort with ambiguity and a strong sense of ownership Ability to work directly with founders and handle sensitive information Curiosity across business, design, sustainability, and operations Benefits Be part of a mission-first team solving real environmental challenges Shape the narrative of India’s next-generation materials brand Experience startup life up close—at the intersection of design, science, and scale Opportunity to grow into leadership roles across design, marketing, or product strategy
