Shift Supervisor - Post casting

1. Responsible for GDC post casting processes

• Riser cuttings, Sandering, De coring, Heat treatment.

1. Post cast production execution as per PPC requirement.
2. Material movement to next stage and receipt.
3. Cutting fixture developement for Production process.
4. Operating as per Standard Operating Procedures.
5. Responsible for accountability of castings and returns. 7. 5S & Safety of the workman & Equipment
6. Train and coach the employees and employee motivation.

Requirements

1. Able to work in shifts.
2. Problem solving techniques to avoid production loss
3. Capable of handling Hindi manpower.
