Job description
The Faculty Development Specialist (FDS) provides support to faculty across all modalities and locations of the University. The FDS supports the growth and development of faculty to achieve the performance standards and expectations for the faculty role at Herzing University. Primary job responsibilities focus on the coordination of university activities to support and execute effective faculty onboarding, assessment, development, and evaluation.
