Operations Advisor (Home Services Focused)

The Home Services Advisor is responsible for business operational advisory and consulting of 12-15 Cardone Ventures clients and the daily review and monitoring of their operational activities and data. As a fractional COO for the client, they will prepare metrics reports, generate operational process recommendations, and leverage their financial and operational experience to guide client business decisions.

The Operations Advisor will also investigate ways to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, and distinguish the strategic positioning of each client's business to maximize revenue and profit potential through various stages of growth opportunities including expansion, mergers, or acquisitions.
