About the Opportunity: We are actively hiring Fiber Optic Technicians for a large-scale data center project in the Port Washington WI area. Key Responsibilities

Install, route, and secure fiber optic and low-voltage cabling Perform fiber terminations (LC, SC, MPO preferred) Assist with fiber testing (OTDR, power meter a plus) Install cable trays, pathways, and supports Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Work alongside project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards Requirements 2+ years of experience in fiber optics, low voltage, or structured cabling Experience in data centers or commercial construction preferred Ability to read prints and follow install standards Familiarity with fiber termination and testing is a plus Reliable transportation Ability to work overtime and travel if needed Must be able to pass pre-employment screening Preferred (Not Required): Data center experience Fiber splicing or testing experience BICSI or similar certifications Benefits Why This Role: $33.
