Job description

☕WHO ARE WE? ☕ We are young, ambitious, and enthusiastic. We are growing fast like a startup, but backed by a strong international business model developed over more than 16 years. We value every employee and provide diverse opportunities for growth and self-improvement. Simplicity, friendship, knowledge, and a passion for coffee are the core values that matter to us most.

We are true coffee lovers – to us, coffee is a moment of enjoyment, a culture, an endless journey of flavor, and a constant search for new discoveries! Join our coffee lovers' club today! ☕ OUR VALUES ☕ Location: Brastos g. 14, Kaunas You'll be the designer for our e-shops: product pages, checkout, landing pages, category and filter experiences.

These are the surfaces where conversion happens. That's the core of the job, and you need to be genuinely good at it. Here's what makes this role different: we're building an AI-enabled design workflow, and you'll be at the center of it. We're already piloting a tokenized design system where AI tools (Claude and others) generate production-quality UI from our component library.

The designer we hire won't just draw screens. They'll build the system that lets design scale: tokens, component libraries, AI-assisted prototyping, and the handoff pipeline to developers. If you believe AI is going to change how design work gets done, and you want to be the person shaping that at a real company with real revenue on the line, this is your role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own UX/UI for our e-shops across markets: PDPs, checkout, landing pages, promotional campaigns Design for conversion. You'll work with real data (GA4, A/B testing) and your work will be measured by it Lead the build-out of our design system: tokenization, component library, documentation Pioneer AI-assisted design: use and evaluate AI design tools, define where they fit in our workflow, and teach the wider team Collaborate directly with product, front-end developers, and marketing.

Short loops, fast shipping WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, with e-commerce as a significant part of it Strong Figma skills: components, libraries, design systems A conversion mindset: you understand funnels and mobile-first behavior Genuine curiosity (or hands-on experience) with AI design tools.

You've experimented, you have opinions, you want to go deeper Ability to work with developers on implementation details: tokens, spacing, states, not just static mockups NICE TO HAVE: E-commerce platform experience (Woo. Commerce or similar). You will be spending all of your time working on eshops Familiarity with A/B testing tools (Kameleoon, Optimizely, etc.)

Experience introducing new tools or processes, and willingness to adapt to them yourself WHAT WE OFFER : Salary: 4000–5000€ per month (gross) A real mandate to build the AI design workflow. Not a buzzword, an active company priority with leadership backing Direct impact: your designs ship to hundreds of thousands of monthly visitors across Europe A small, fast product team A new, modern office with a view of the rivers’ confluence and Kaunas Old Town, plus hybrid work options A friendly “coffee friends” team and a great working atmosphere Plenty of opportunities for growth in an innovative, fast-growing company Deep insights into the world of coffee Great coffee every day ☕
