Contact Center Lending Specialist (On-Site) - Kendall

The Lending Solutions Specialist is responsible for handling all aspects of the loan origination process, including application intake, document verification, and servicing requests. This role requires a strong goal focus, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of credit union lending policies and regulatory guidelines.

The Specialist assists members throughout the loan process and ensures compliance, efficiency, and accuracy in loan decisioning and servicing. Meeting or exceeding individual goals for loan protection products is a key expectation of this role.
