Job description
The Vendor Manager is responsible for developing, sourcing, qualifying, and managing a high-performing network of service providers that supports DAVACO's operational and customer needs. This role partners with Operations and other internal stakeholders to ensure adequate vendor coverage, rapid response capabilities, strong vendor relationships, and ongoing compliance.
You will serves as the strategic liaison between DAVACO and its vendor network, balancing proactive sourcing, relationship management, vendor compliance, and operational support to ensure exceptional service delivery across the organization. You'll also be accountable for reactive vendor sourcing, vendor onboarding, compliance management, relationship development, vendor performance, issue resolution, and de-escalation.
