Clinical Operations Manager – Practice Operations - Hybrid

The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the operational excellence, clinical quality, and regulatory compliance of Surgery Partners’ physician practice portfolio. This role partners closely with practice administrators, physicians, nurse managers, and clinical coordinators to standardize clinical workflows, enhance staff competency, improve patient outcomes, and ensure consistent implementation of Surgery Partners’ clinical standards across all practices.
