PRISM is a strategic function operating within the Risk & Fraud umbrella, designed to drive transformation, governance, intelligence, and operational excellence across the wider department. Product Integrity, Risk, Intelligence, Security & Monitoring. The function provides centralized leadership and oversight for:
- Programme Management
- Project Management
- Tooling Product Ownership
- Internal Integrity & Investigations
- Strategic Delivery PRISM acts as the enabling engine of the Risk & Fraud organization, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively, controls remain robust, and intelligence is translated into measurable business outcomes. Key Requirements
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in internal fraud, security operations, or integrity management, preferably within the gaming or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team.
- Deep understanding of data analysis, system controls, access management principles, and internal threat mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and investigative skills, with a keen eye for detail and pattern recognition.
- Superior communication, presentation, and reporting skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Unwavering ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Strong knowledge of gaming/financial services operations and associated internal fraud vectors.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving threat landscape.
