Job description
Job Title: Kitchen Staff II Reports to: Head Chef Level: Hourly Schedule: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, or as per manager’s discretion and business needs
Scope: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of dishware, cookware, utensils, equipment, and the dining room and kitchen areas, with added responsibility for cold station preparation and supporting hot meal prep.
