Patient Service Representative I

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) I is responsible for overseeing the daily operations at assigned location(s), including inventory management, brace application and adjustment, documentation management, and delivery of exceptional customer service. S/he supports the onsite management of Breg's orthopedic bracing and supply program while ensuring best-in-class patient care and proper completion of billing-related paperwork.

S/he provides account workflow guidance and documentation support to clinical staff and educates patients on the correct use and care of Breg products. This position primarily covers designated hospitals, orthopedic practices, and urgent care clinics to support Breg's billing business.
