The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, content creation, digital advertising, and performance tracking. This role involves working closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to execute campaigns and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. Monitor and improve ad performance to generate more leads. Create, schedule, and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Write simple and engaging captions for social media posts. Work with graphic designers and video editors to create marketing content.
Track campaign performance, leads, and other marketing results. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Support basic SEO activities and website content updates. Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversions.
