Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for heating and cooling equipment Ability to operate HVAC gauges, testing devices, and diagnostic equipment Personal hand tools required to perform HVAC service work proficiently Willingness to obtain required certifications with company assistance Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to maintain accurate service records and documentation Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company requirements Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation PGA, Inc.
