About the Client**

Our partner is a tech company building product engineering across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. They turn innovative ideas into high-performing engines and launch them at scale.

As their exclusive recruitment partner, we manage their full-cycle talent acquisition.

What You Will Do**

Draft** and thoroughly review a wide spectrum of legal agreements, spanning commercial contracts (Marketing Agreements, IOs, T&Cs, License Agreements) to corporate arrangements (Share Purchase Agreements, NDAs, Service Agreements).

Negotiate** and finalize complex, high-stakes contracts related to technology platforms, payment solutions, PSPs, banking partners, affiliates, and B2B integrations.

Conduct** advanced contract negotiations, independently driving complex commercial agreements across the finish line.

Perform** deep legal research and seamlessly liaise with external counsel or outsourced legal providers to obtain critical jurisdictional insights.

Advise** the business on crucial data protection and privacy-related agreements to ensure uncompromising compliance.

Provide** comprehensive in-house legal support across multiple operational areas, perfectly aligning legal strategy with overarching business goals and industry regulations.

Act** as the primary internal legal liaison for cross-departmental queries, delivering practical, business-oriented solutions to Product, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Marketing teams.

What You Bring**

Educational Background:** A Law degree, with a strong preference for candidates qualified in a common law jurisdiction.

Experience:** A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) thriving within a fast-paced commercial environment.

Industry Expertise:** Proven, hands-on legal experience specifically within the iGaming industry.

Regulatory Acumen:** Strong familiarity and working knowledge of international data protection and privacy laws.

Commercial Mindset:** Exceptional commercial awareness with a demonstrated ability to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice rather than just theoretical compliance.

Communication Mastery:** An excellent, professional-grade command of English (both written and spoken), capable of negotiating complex terms with confidence.

Organizational Agility:** Outstanding organizational skills, with the proven ability to manage a broad in-house legal portfolio and juggle multiple high-priority matters simultaneously.

Collaborative Autonomy:** A high level of professionalism, completely comfortable working independently while effectively collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams.
