About the role
MSS Security is seeking Customer Experience Officers to join our team at Brisbane Airport in a permanent part time position. In this role, you will assist passengers by providing directions and information while delivering a high standard of customer service in a busy airport environment. Duties include but are not limited to: Provide a warm, professional welcome to passengers and visitors throughout the terminal Offer clear directions and guidance to passengers to help them navigate the terminal efficiently Maintain a high standard of customer service Enhance the passenger experience during peak periods by proactively guiding passengers and providing clear, helpful information to support smooth terminal flow.
Requirements
Full Australian working rights Valid Driver's license Availability to work on a 24/7 rotational roster.
