Position Summary
The Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of activities to reconcile account discrepancies; researching any discrepancies to ensure accounts are updated with the accurate account information; research data to respond to the needs of internal customers and clients, providing resolution to reconciliation discrepancies in a timely manner according to client specification; report all issues and trends to the appropriate personnel as required.
