Job description
The Hot End Process Improver is responsible for supporting and enhancing furnace and hot end operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality glass production. This role focuses on optimizing performance of critical systems, improving processes, and reducing waste through data analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working closely with engineering and operations teams, the position helps maximize equipment life, maintain product quality, and drive cost-effective, reliable plant performance.
