Job description
The Human Resources Generalist will assist with moderate to complex human resources matters. Oversee the gathering, collecting, and maintenance of documents and records required for the HRIS, electronic HR files, policy development, and employee relations. Establish and execute AI-driven innovation objectives that improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enable data-informed business outcomes across the organization.
The Human Resources Generalist will assist in generations of reports, analysis, and employee-relation investigations, and is responsible for enforcing company policies, procedures and practices.
