Job description
The Courier completes secure and time-sensitive deliveries between Credit Union 1’s (CU1) departments, branches and external organizations in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Driven by care, this position supports employees and members by ensuring accurate, safe, and efficient transport of mail, packages, supplies, and critical documents.
Responsible for all courier items and assisting with operational and facilities-related projects. Communicates professionally and courteously at all times while representing CU1’s commitment to excellent service. In all dealings with the public, members or employees, responsibility or ownership is taken, and pending issues are monitored to resolution.
