Job description
Maintain Utilities and Asst with machine shop maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines (VMC, HMC, CNC Turning Centers, etc.) Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues. Monitor machine health and ensure maximum equipment uptime. Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for CNC machines and utility equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot utilities such as air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, transformers, and power distribution systems. Analyze machine failures and implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history. Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine availability.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and TPM practices. Support installation, commissioning, and relocation of machines and utility equipment.
