Job description
Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to issuing job offers and conducting new-hire orientations. Employee relations: Address employee grievances, complaints, and disciplinary issues, providing guidance to both employees and management. Policy and compliance: Help develop and implement HR policies, ensuring they comply with all local, state, and national employment laws.
Performance management: Assist with employee performance evaluations and compensation decisions.
Compensation
Administer compensation programs and benefits, processing payroll and handling related administrative tasks. Employee engagement: Coordinate activities and programs to improve employee morale, engagement, and the overall employee experience. HR administration: Maintain employee records in the HRIS, generate HR reports, and handle various administrative duties.
Requirements
Skills and qualifications A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in a variety of HR functions. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with management on strategic decisions. Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS).
