Job description
The Floral Specialist is responsible for the strategic purchasing, merchandising, and overall performance of the floral departments across all store locations. This position develops and executes floral programs that maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction by ensuring each store offers fresh, high-quality floral products with visually appealing displays.
The Floral Specialist partners closely with vendors, store leadership, and operations to maintain inventory levels, control costs, and execute seasonal merchandising initiatives.
