- Develop concept of academic audit
- Supervise effective and update Management Review Meeting
- Coordinate follow-up activities on study program self-evaluation result
- Analyze study program self-evaluation form
- Provide recommendation for study program based on self-evaluation result
- Develop and provide report based on self-evaluation result
- Review accreditation document in related Study Program (national and international accreditation)
- Coordinate self-evaluation activities in related Study Program (in coordination with Quality Coordinator)
- Maintain and update quality assurance process in related Faculty and/ School (in coordination with Quality Coordinator)
- Address and provide solution for customer feedback related to academic matters
- Coordinate and conduct non-regular audit for Study Program
- Pro-active role in system development and maintenance of SPMI application
- Analyze feedback from external assessment
- Develop QMS Report for Study Program, Faculty and/ School, and University
- Develop accreditation guidance book for Study Programs (national and international accreditation)
- Management Support Activities: o Provide Report to direct Supervisor o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) o Perform activities related to Quality Management System o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor Education Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Work Exposure/ Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or
