Our client is a successful i. Gaming operator with a brand new, gorgeous office in Malta. They are looking for a Dutch Customer Service Agent to join their growing, fun-loving team! Ideally, you have experience from the i. Gaming Industry or in a customer-facing role in sales or support. It is important that you are comfortable online and move fluently between multiple chats and emails, and that you are highly service minded.
The basic starting salary offered is €28K . Note: Due to the urgency of the role, only candidates who are based in Malta are being considered for this role. Role & Responsibilities In essence, your job is to make the customers happy, and to make them return Provide customer support via chat, phone, and email in Dutch Support players with technical (perceived or actual) problems Ensure player satisfaction through applying professionalism and empathy Educate players on game rules and features Assist players with finding their way around the website and current promotions Skills & Experience Excellent written & spoken communication skills in Dutch (native/C2 level) and English (C1) Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably online/chat support Internet & IT savvy Able to work on a shift basis across 7 days per week (rota) Flexible multitasker, adapting swiftly to a fast-paced environment Quick learner "Winner mentality" - you like to deliver to the best of your ability About this role Starting Salary €28,000 + night shift supplement Hybrid workplace arrangements (40%, after probation) 5% private pension contribution from the company €1,000 Annual Wellness Allowance Company Lunch weekly Access to continuous training in Casino, Sportsbook, AML, RGL, and more Free parking for cars and motorbikes Many more perks offered!
