Job Description We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of MEP Drafting & Coordination Team in Kuwait. Our client is a reputed organization in the MEP Contracting sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings in accordance with project specifications. Develop electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting layouts for execution. Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural disciplines. Generate accurate as-built drawings for project handover. Conduct clash detection and resolve spatial conflicts using BIM tools.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards. Review site feedback and update drawings accordingly. Mentor junior drafting staff and maintain drafting standards.
Required Skills
AutoCAD 2D – Preparation of detailed MEP shop drawings. AutoCAD 3D – Visualization and coordination support. Revit BIM – Modeling and multidisciplinary coordination. Navisworks – Clash detection and conflict resolution. MEP Coordination – Service integration and approval drawings.
Preferred Skills
GCC Project Experience NFPA / ASHRAE / NEC Knowledge Advanced BIM Coordination Work Experience Requirements Junior Draftsmen roles require 2–3 years of relevant MEP drafting experience. Senior MEP Coordination Draftsman/Coordinator requires 4–7 years of experience in multidisciplinary MEP coordination, BIM workflows, and clash detection.
GCC project exposure is strongly preferred.
Education
