Location: Riyadh, KSA. Years of Experience: 4+ years. **Working Arrangement: **on-site. **Language Requirements: **Fluency in English (written and spoken).
We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to support the assessment, enhancement, and documentation of operational processes and governance frameworks. The role will focus on developing and improving process documentation within technology-driven environments. Experience in travel e-commerce, fintech, IT, or service-tech domains is preferred.
Key Requirements**
Proven **experience in business process analysis or similar roles.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining SOPs and SLAs**.
- Domain background in travel e-commerce**, fintech**, IT**, or digital service platforms**.
Ability to analyze current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and define optimized processes.
Preferred Qualifications**
Previous experience in consulting** or Big Four** environments.
Other Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, Business Administration**, or a related field.
Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced or client-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities**
Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for standardization and efficiency improvement.
Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, SLAs, **and related governance documentation.
Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and operational playbooks aligned with organizational standards.
Work cross-functionally with IT and business units to ensure correct process implementation.
Conduct process performance evaluations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
