Maintenance Supervisor Residential/Multi-Family

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and overall property upkeep for residential properties. This role combines hands-on expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance with leadership responsibilities, including coordinating work orders, supporting and guiding maintenance staff, and ensuring all units and common areas remain safe, functional, and compliant with applicable codes.

The supervisor will also respond to escalated service requests and ensure timely, high-quality completion of all work. This is not a janitorial position; it is a skilled leadership role requiring an EPA Universal HVAC certification and prior maintenance and supervisory experience.
