Able to utilize independent judgment in performing routine and complex laboratory tests for physician's use in the diagnosis and treatment of disease states.Must be able to perform laboratory tests alone or with minimum supervison, utilizing technical and non-technical skills required for the efficient operation of the hematology clinical laboratory.</
