Обязанности: Drive identification of E2E cost efficiency opportunities — from raw materials and manufacturing through to distribution and overheads Co-own and run the Cost Transformation Office: HCM/FAST governance, pipeline management, and performance tracking Partner with the teams to build robust business cases and turn ideas into funded, delivered initiatives Provide clear, concise reporting to senior leadership on cost transformation progress and value delivered Benchmark against external best practice and bring fresh perspectives on where we can do more with less Support a culture of cost consciousness — helping teams see efficiency as an enabler, not a constraint Требования: 6–10 years in cost management, strategic finance, operations, or management consulting Track record of identifying and delivering cost savings in complex, matrixed organisations Comfort working across the P&L — not just one cost line Strong analytical and out-of-the-box thinking — you see patterns others miss Skilled at influencing and building credibility with senior stakeholders Clear communicator who can simplify complexity without losing rigour Collaborative, curious, and energised by solving problems that span functions
