Functional Consultant – Quantum Implementation (Treasury Management Systems)

Open in the Philippines only Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant to join our Treasury & Risk Technology team. In this role, you will lead Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations, with a primary focus on Quantum . You will work closely with clients throughout the entire implementation lifecycle—from gathering requirements and designing solutions to configuring the system, conducting training, and providing post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client engagements from project discovery through implementation and delivery. Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and design solutions with treasury, finance, and risk stakeholders. Configure and implement the Quantum Treasury Management System based on client requirements and industry best practices.

Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and process documentation. Perform business, data, and technical analysis to support system design, development, and testing. Deliver user training and provide post-implementation support. Manage project communication, issue tracking, and stakeholder updates using tools such as JIRA.

Required Experience: Applicants should have hands-on experience implementing enterprise Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and a strong understanding of treasury operations, including: Cash and liquidity management Risk management Debt and investment management Hedging Treasury compliance Experience with one or more of the following Treasury Management Systems is required: Quantum Kyriba Murex Integrity Calypso Finastra ION GTreasury SAP Treasury & Risk Management You should also have experience in: Business Analysis Project Management Data Analysis Technical Consulting Requirements Gathering Solution Design Stakeholder Management SQL JIRA Documentation End-user Training and Support Preferred Qualifications The following are considered an advantage: Experience specifically implementing or supporting Quantum .

Professional treasury or finance certifications such as ACT, CTP, or CFA. Previous consulting experience with a Systems Integrator, Big Four consulting firm, or Treasury software vendor. Experience in treasury transformation projects involving cash, liquidity, debt, investments, hedging, or treasury compliance.
