The Outbound Team Lead supports the Outbound Supervisor by providing hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor. The role focuses on coordinating daily outbound tasks, guiding team members, and ensuring operational targets for productivity, accuracy, safety, and quality are met. This is a working lead role with no formal disciplinary authority, acting as the first point of support for outbound associates during daily operations.
