Job Description The Human Resources (HR) team is seeking a Graduate Analyst to support our Singapore business functions. You will gain exposure across a broad range of HR disciplines, contributing to both day HR operations as well as local and APAC HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support the team in the end‑to‑end delivery of HR processes, including employee lifecycle activities, administrative support, and data management Collaborate with team members to support business‑as‑usual activities and ad‑hoc requests from stakeholders Contribute to local and regional HR initiatives, including research, coordination, documentation, and presentation materials Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Perform additional duties as assigned Role Prerequisites Expected graduation date of December 2025 – June 2026 from a degree qualification.

The position is expected to commence in June 2026. Eligibility to work in Singapore Strong networking and relationship building skills with various levels in the organization Strong interest in working in Human Resources and within banking & financial services Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) applications Meticulous, organized, able to multi-task and work under tight timelines
