Position: Executive – Clinical Training Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Role Summary The Executive – Clinical Training will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering clinical and technical training content aligned with Quality Assurance (QA) requirements.

The role supports Technologists, Radiologists, and QA teams through structured training programs, case curation, assessments, and continuous learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Training Development & Delivery Conduct training needs analysis for Radiologists and Technologists. Develop training presentations based on QA findings, critical value cases, and interesting clinical cases identified by Radiologists. Prepare quizzes and assessments and coordinate reviews with Radiologists. Develop general training modules covering anatomy, pathology, and radiology fundamentals.

Compile and prepare monthly training presentations using learning content from Radiologist and Technologist groups. Training Repository & LMS Management Maintain and organize a structured repository of training presentations and learning materials. Upload, manage, and organize content within Moodle LMS for easy access and navigation.

Track training content and maintain documentation for training records. Technologist Training Support Organize, coordinate, and record Technologist training sessions. Conduct one-on-one interactions to address QA-related queries and learning gaps. Serve as a bridge between QA requirements and training execution. Case Curation & Academic Support Maintain a curated database of academic and critical value cases.

Manage and update Case of the Week (COTW) content for training and academic activities. Support Radiology conference presentations through case selection, presentation preparation, and quality review of images, cine loops, and presentation content. Radiologist Onboarding & Learning Support Support onboarding and training of Radiologists through structured case reviews.

Track completion of training content and learning milestones. Coordinate with QA and clinical teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Preferred Skills

Strong understanding of clinical and radiology concepts. Excellent presentation and content development skills. Experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle. Strong organizational and documentation abilities. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Allied Health Sciences, Medical Imaging, Healthcare Management, or related field.

Prior experience in Clinical Training, Healthcare Education, QA, Radiology Operations, or Medical Content Development will be an advantage.
