A strategic RA role where you’ll influence regulatory policy in Japan and work closely with global leadership. Japan Regulatory Policy and Intelligence Regulatory Delivery and Excellence People Excellence and Operational Effectiveness Job Summary Monitor Japan’s regulatory policies, trends, and maintain relationships with authorities and industry groups Support regulatory strategy and share updates with internal teams Manage approvals, licenses, and submission processes Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and improve workflows Lead documentation (labels, manuals) and introduce efficient systems/tools Support team training, communication, and continuous improvement Requirements Degree in science or related field 3+ years experience in pharma industry or regulatory agency Knowledge of Japanese pharmaceutical regulations Good communication skills in Japanese and English Strong analytical and strategic thinking Benefits Exposure to a global working environment and high-impact projects Opportunity to step up and grow in your career Hybrid workstyle
