Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai Designation: Deputy Manager – FP&A & Commercial Analysis Business Unit: RMU – CO & BC Process Experience: Qualified CA with 4–5 years’ experience Role Overview We are seeking a proactive Finance Professional to lead FP&A and commercial analytics for enhanced business performance. The role involves driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering closely with product and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis ● Lead FP&A activities with a key focus on commercial performance improvement ● Conduct volume analysis and contribution margin reviews across standalone and consolidated levels ROCE & Profitability Insights ● Drive ROCE evaluations and capital efficiency reports ● Partner with product managers to analyze product group-wise profitability MIS & Reporting ● Oversee monthly standalone closing activities ● Prepare, analyze, and present MIS to senior leadership Budgeting & Forecasting ● Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles ● Ensure alignment with business strategy and performance targets Audit & Compliance ● Coordinate internal/statutory audits ● Manage accurate and timely audit deliverables Process Automation & Digitalisation ● Identify opportunities and contribute to finance automation initiatives ● Enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency Required Skills ● Proficiency in SAP (Mandatory) ● Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset ● Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills ● Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Preferred Attributes ● Prior experience in a manufacturing sector finance role ● Ability to work independently with strong ownership ● Skilled in cross-functional collaboration
