Talent Acquisition Specialist Overview: The Senior TA Specialist is responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for both general and senior-level positions. This role requires advanced sourcing and headhunting skills to secure top talent and ensure high-caliber candidates for critical roles.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct candidate interviews and earmark for available roles. Assist in sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles and niche skill sets. Conduct initial interviews for senior and management-level roles. Headhunt top talent for high-end and specialized positions. Craft and optimize job postings to attract high-quality applicants.

Act as a mentor to junior recruiters and support their professional growth. Act as a point of escalation for complex recruitment challenges. Share expertise and provide guidance to junior team members. Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure alignment on talent needs.

Requirements

4+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of filling challenging and high-level roles. senior-level and specialized hiring.
