Job Description – Construction Site Supervisor Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor Location: PAN India Experience: 2–6 Years CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month Preferred Industry Construction Infrastructure EPC Real Estate Civil Engineering Projects Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for apprentices and construction workers at project sites.
Conduct regular stay interviews to understand employee concerns and improve engagement. Build strong relationships with apprentices, workers, site supervisors, and project management teams. Resolve grievances and site-level issues in a timely and professional manner. Support onboarding and orientation of new apprentices and workers.
Identify high-potential workers and encourage skill development and leadership growth. Track retention, attrition, attendance, and engagement metrics, and prepare regular reports. Ensure effective communication between workers and management to maintain a positive work environment. Support workforce welfare initiatives and drive employee engagement activities at project sites.
Requirements
2–6 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar site management role. Experience in the Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, or Civil Projects industry is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills. Fluency in the local/regional language is mandatory. High emotional intelligence with excellent conflict-resolution and grievance-handling abilities.
Comfortable working at construction/project sites across PAN India. Willingness to travel and relocate based on project requirements.
