Responsibilities

Advisors set the tone for our customers experience in the express service lane and maintain the highest customer service standard

Review customer's vehicle service history, inspects the vehicle and recommends additional services

Receives payment for selected services

Updates all the customer's information within organization's systems

Reviews repair orders to ensure proper dealership documentation, correct repair charges, signatures for authorization, vehicle mileage in / out

Create a positive work flow and detailed communication to maintain our customer's satisfaction
Qualifications

Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends

High school diploma or equivalent

Professional and positive/ can -do attitude

Ability to deliver best-in-class customer service

Reliable transportation to and from work every single day

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
