Project Manager/Scrum Master Experience & Track Record

  • Proven experience as part of the core project management team for large, multi-year system integration programs with 25+ downstream systems and 50+ resources. Skill and Toolset Competencies
  • Advanced proficiency in maintaining detailed, fully integrated project plans (dependencies, critical path, milestones) using MS Project.
  • Advanced working knowledge of JIRA (backlog management, workflow tracking, dashboards, reporting).
  • Proficiency with Confluence for documentation, knowledge sharing, and maintaining project artifacts.
  • Strong Excel skills (data analysis, tracking logs, reporting models).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive communications and status reporting.
  • RAID log management (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) with clear tracking, escalation, and resolution discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate daily Scrum/stand-up sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor testing progress, coordinate test cycles, and manage defect triage processes across multiple teams.
  • Maintain integrated project plans and track dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.
  • Manage RAID logs, ensuring timely tracking, escalation, and resolution of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
  • Produce executive-level status reports and detailed operational reports for delivery teams.
  • Coordinate with large, distributed teams to drive delivery and resolve blockers.
  • Maintain project documentation, knowledge repositories, and audit trails using Confluence.
  • Support Agile and waterfall delivery practices while ensuring structured project governance. Key Attributes
  • Demonstrated capability to monitor testing progress, coordinate test cycles, and manage defect triage processes across multiple teams.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate daily Scrum/stand-up sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without loss of control.
  • Self-directed and highly accountable; able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and evolving requirements.
  • Pragmatic mindset with the ability to balance speed vs. perfection and drive progress under ambiguity.
  • Solid understanding of waterfall and Agile delivery practices alongside structured project governance.
  • Strong organizational discipline and ability to maintain high-quality documentation and audit trails.
  • Proven ability to identify blockers early and drive resolution across teams.
  • Ability to produce executive-level status reports (clear, concise, outcome-focused) and detailed operational reports for delivery teams.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to tailor messaging to executive and working-level audiences.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across large, distributed teams (~60 participants).
